The Next Steps

This fall the pump equipment will be moved to the new pump house, the old pool house will be demolished and the balance of the fencing installed. Finish work will continue in the pool house and signage and the donor plaques will be installed.

Major Donors To Be Honored on Pool House Plaques

Two large plaques will acknowledge the individuals and firms who made leadership gifts to the success of the Campaign for Dakin Pool. Individuals who have contributed $500 or more will be listed on one plaque and organizations or businesses contributing $1,000 or more in either cash or donated goods or labor will be listed on the other. Those to be listed will be contacted to to determine exactly how they wish their name, or that of their organization, to appear.

A celebration of the campaign was held on June 21 at EMCC to thank contributors and those who worked on the construction project.
